For a lot of B&B websites out there, many are harmed by people trying to do it themselves. For every success story of someone building their own website and saving a few hundred dollars or even a few thousand there are 20 untold stories of people shooting themselves in the foot creating substandard or invisible sites. In the case of a website (your most valuable marketing resource), penny wise can be fortune foolish.

That being said, for those who are completely committed to doing it themselves, here are some useful Bed and Breakfast website tools I've collected to help evaluate the health of your website.
